well you have to take it apart i just went through that when i broke mine in their last week u take the tumbler out and push it out with a needle every car is differnt so i dont know if that will work for you when mine broke off i was able to start the car while the key was in their i just used a screwdriver so i could turn it

tried tweezers? or needle nose pliars? i did this same thing once a logn time ago---tweezers did it for me
