Usually dogs go into heat at about 6 months of age and about every 6 months after that. I had one that we could literally mark the calender with. Every April and October, guaranteed. I don't think it makes a difference what breed they are.

I have noticed every time someone ask a question concerning heat or breeding, the conclusion is the person wants to breed their dog and make lots of money.
If you have ever bred dogs you would know how incorrect that assumption is.
As for your question, dogs go into their first heat between 6 and 11 months. Yes, there can be that great a difference in the time line.
As a general guess, about 7 months. Small bred dogs sometime mature slower than large bred dogs.
Dogs do not all go into heat at the same time.
If you have several dogs near the same age, when one goes in heat you will notice the others tend to go into heat at the same time.
That is a protective trait left over from when dogs were wild, if all the babies are born about the same time and a predator attacks....with so many babies around there is a higher chance that some will survive.
Hope that is of some help.

i don't really know, but what's your hurry? are you looking at it as an opportunity to make money? Check with your vet...they may be able to give you a good idea of when to expect it.

**yes, i was wrong to assume the question was asked for breeding purposes, but i see that mess all the time...people get an expensive dog, and want them to pop up puppies as soon as they are able to make their money back...then they realize that it is an investment...or the dog is "ruined" by the neighbors mutt, and the person ends up with 6 mutt puppies.....i don't breed dogs...there are enough unwanted, uncared for animals at local shelters.
