Check out EPICURIOUS.COM. These R the best recipes U'll ever find anywhere. There isn't a recipe U won't be able to find here. Just peg in Ham Salad and I'm sure they will give U different salads from all over the world.

Ingredients
2 cups ground ham (baked ham preferably) 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp horseradish (optional) black pepper to taste


Directions
Using a food processor, grind up the ham. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients well and refrigerate in a closed container.

Serve with bread as a sandwich; for extra taste add a slice of Swiss Cheese.

Fresh Spinach leaves
Mezclum (Different Green Leaves, comes prepared ina bag)
Celery
Cherry tomatoes
fresh green cucumber
Shredded Carrot
Red Onion Rings
Shredded Mozarrella Cheese
Strings of Cooked Ham
Strings of Genoa Salami
1 boiled egg

As dressing, you may combine Vinegar, Sugar and a dash of horseradish (Should taste like a sweet vinegar with a kick)

Finely chop up some ham. Use a chopper if necessary. Add some pickles and mayo. Stir together.

i like it this way.
A few leaves of lettuce, with some red cabbage shredded on top . Some red onion sliced in with coleslaw and some potato salad, and of course some lovely cured slices of ham on the side. you can also add a boiled egg sliced up . its all upto you really. i like sometimes with beetroot aswell.

grind bologna and sweet pickles.run a couple of slices thru grinder.add mayo to texture you like.
can use pickle relish intead of pickles.
