The simple truth is that we're all selfish. Yeah, people don't want to admit it, but barring momentary feelings of altruism, we're all pretty much waking up every day thinking about ourselves.

A lot of people are talking about it. And not that many people are sitting back.
People are suffering in the World because the World isnt a Perfect place.

See, there no one lonely answer to your question, since every one has a different kind of relationship with those who are suffering. But in the general sense, the reason is that we do not feel there suffering, so why should we care?
by the way, we are helping them somehow, yet our help is not enough.

people are already speaking and debating on what is happening and what should we do but the problem is that we are only talking we are not doing anything about it, have you done something about their sufferings. People who are suffering needs help and more action less talking and debating.

people will always suffer, you cant fix everyones problem. If you wana do something then, give someone that is homeless 5 bucks, stand up for the little guy, and pick up a hitch hiker

If you are a Christian you should know that this is one of the signs of the end of time spoken about in Matthew. The 24th chapther the 12th verse tells us that "The love of may shall was cold .
