Sure, just line up some flour, beaten eggs, and crackermeal. Dip the chops in all of that, and you have one tasty breaded pork. Try adding some spices to the crackermeal to liven it up a little.

My crew prefers:

Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. Salt

Mix the Bread Crumbs pepper and salt and place is a zip loc bag.
Take a paper towl and dry the pork chops off and then dip in the beaten egg. Place the pork chop in the plastic bag and shake it up as this will coat all the sides. (This also keeps the mess level down!) Fry or broil. This is for aprox. 4 center cut pork chops so you can adjust.

Good Luck and Great Cooking

Easy Breaded Pork Chops:

INGREDIENTS:

* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil

PREPARATION:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture then dredge in flour. Fry in the hot oil for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
