You might be able to get a job at Taco Bell or McDonalds. I would recommend a good course of study in spelling and grammar or you will not get beyond the application stage for a good job.

Look in the jobs section of the local papers, see if your local library has trade periodicals, such as the Caterer (in the UK).
The jobfinder pages on the internet may be of some help but it will depend what qualifications you have and what level of chef you can attain to.
Most catering jobs are advertised locally, so you need to read the local papers.
I understand that your English is not very good. That should not be too much of a problem provided you get some help with writing your application letters and CV (or resume). Your local Job Centre should be able to advise.

Try the local paper the NEWS or the Journal. If no look go to northend job centre. They are always looking for chefs in the local pubs. If you are really good you could try Gunwarf. But some of those places are top rated.
