So many revised editions of Bible have been issued for the last 2000 years, and if there would have been some reference of the earth being flat, it would have been removed several years before after it was proved beyond doubt that the earth was round. But, the death sentence awarded to the scientist Galilio having been condemned by the church for his declaration that the world is round and not flat, is the clear evidence that the christians condemned Galilio by following what would have been written in the Bible. By that evidence we can confirm the Bible having stated that the earth as flat.

The Bible says that the Earth is round. Check it out on Isaiah 40:22. It was written on the time that all people believe that the Earth is flat. But it was accurately desribed in the Bible because the One that made the Earth is also the One who told Isaiah.

Actually the Bible does the opposite and refers to the Earth as being an "Orb" (Round), funny in a way. People actually believed the world was flat Centuries ago and had they read the Bible they would have known it was round. But, at that time maybe they did not have the Bible, until it could be mass printed.

No, it is round according to Isaiah 40:22.
Some critics have branded the Bible as unscientific. But, that is not so. It is not the Bible that is unscientific but foolish religious leaders--and their minions--who mis interpret the Bible.
Take for example the story that God made the sun stopped on account of Joshua's battle. Foolish priests and pastors interpret this literally, so the Bible gets discredited.
What the writer of the Bible really meant was this: 'from the stand point of men who are on earth--looking at the sun--God made a miracle to stop the sun from revolving. We now know that the earth revolves around the sun. So, God stopped the earth's movement for a while--not the sun.

According to the Bible, earth got four corners.
Revelation 7:1
"And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree."
Round object like a orange has no corners OK.
By the way, According to Isaiah 40:22 Earth is a "Circle".
Earth is round like a orange, not a circle. Hold an orange and a DVD, you'll see that they are two different figures.

The only reference to the science of the Earth in the Bible was in the Creation of the World....and even then, it was on how God created the Earth- what He created and the order in which He created them.

Nope. I've read the Bible through, and it doesn't say it's flat. I think it might say something like 'the four corners of the Earth,' but then we say that today too; it's just a figure of speach.

it particularly is very unusual, because of the fact Christians have faith - from Jesus's time to the middle a protracted time to immediately - that the Earth is around. the perception that on the dead nights a protracted time many human beings theory the Earth became flat is a delusion. source? the information superhighway website you quoted.
