Help other people (Choose something you feel strongly about)
Keep in touch with your friends. (don't neglect them)
Eat right and sleep well (If you do these things you will sleep well)

1) Exercise daily.
2) Have good friends to discuss good topics.
3) Don't criticise others. Talk less listen more.
4) Prey GOD regularly and try to talk truth.
5) Concentrate on your breath and try to keep yourself thoughtless. It is difficult but try regularly and get success.
