Kool-Aid is not a healthy drink choice. It contains no nutritional value. It contains alot of artifical dyes. If you are going to drink it then use the sugar-less version and drink it in moderation. If water intake is what you are aiming for then why not flavor it with lemon?

No. It's all sugar. Of course, it's better than the preservatives & caffeine in soda, but you really want to drink pure water too.

I think the sugar content outweighs the water benefits, try Crystal Lite packs in your water bottle.

It has alot of dyes in it and you have to make it with sugar. NOOOOOOO...not healthy! Go for something else like Crystal Lite, or make iced tea with flavors in it. Experiment! Step away from the sugar!
