Yes we are.

Our goals are being achieved on schedule and the enemy has achieved - nothing.

YES!!! There has been progress in Iraq!! You just don't here much about the positives because the press only feeds us the negative. I've had family serve in Iraq and they both have reported back the progress made there and how thankful the people are that we are there. The world is a much safer place with Saddam behind bars and his sons below. Let's not forget that we just terminated al-Zarqawi.

Yes, all the Bush administration's goals are being accomplished.

What that means for American or the troops is another story, because for them, for us, there is no winning or losing, only losing... because we are losing time of our lives and the things that matter to us in the States, the things people have fought for for many years, our rights are as under attack as Iraq is.

People suffer there and they suffer to a lesser degree here. The Governments profit from this suffering in both situations sadly...

The war was long won..the peace is lost however. No one can physically stand up to a combined US-British force, were just to superier..but, Americans cant peacekeep without shooting someone or going My Lai, and us Brits are shoved in the south and suffer because of the US cock-ups..peace is lost *shrugs*
Bring the lads home either way, it helps no one that were still their..

Of course we are. Why would you think we werent? This is not a cut and dry war, with two opposing forces fighting it out on the battlefield. This is an insurgency, which means we have to do it the hard way, room by room, house by house.

Yes if you mean by winning that the country is destroyed, we are killing innocent civilians, and a civil war is about to break out.

I think setting millions of Iraqis free, and allowing them to vote, while having terrorists hiding like rats, while we are still finding them is winning. At the same time, the terrorists are getting weaker.

So yes, we are winning.
