Ofcourse everyone thinks that their religion is the right one.Few people are open minded enough to look at other religions not just to attack them, but to find the Truth. Most people follow a certain religion ONLY cause their parents do so.
If one day you found that another religion is is the one to be followed, would you admit that?Or would you be too scared?Or would your ego stop you from doing so?

Personally I see religion, mythology and tradition as one thing. People in the east have different religions and traditions to those in the west, but spiritualy we all want the same thing. What names you use to call the gods and so on is not so important. It is important that we spread goodwill and peace rather than hate and intolerance. Is their such a thing as a "right" and "wrong" religion? If there was, would God not just create all people the same from the start? All people with no mind of their own, no individuality of their own, no free will?
If there is one "right" religion, all of us would be born into that "one" religion from the start and we won't need a book to guide us, becaue God will lay down the laws and regulations inside our hearts from the day we get born.

Yes,I did.I was raised a Catholic. But was not satisfied with the Church's doctrines.Nothing made sense.Ten years ago I came across Jehovah's Witnesses. They could answer any question, using the Bible every time.It was wonderful.I knew I had found the truth.
My mum threatened to disown me.My sister didn't speak to me for a year. But I knew what I had found and what it meant.
To learn God's name, why we are here, what happens to the dead, who go to heaven, why there is so much suffering.I couldn't turn my back on what I had learnt. In time my mum and sister came round. And now I am a baptised Witness of Jehovah God.It was and is the best thing I have ever done in my life

Remember the Mount Carmel Showdown in the Bible( where Elijah challenge the 400 prophets of Baal? God will always answer the truth! I would change immediately, But most people would do what the Pharisees did! Keep their religion and kill the Messiah! The very thing they claim to believe in!

There has to be more to a religion than a mere opinion that it is wrong.

Are pagans wrong? Do Methodists out-point Seven Day Adventists?

Keep in mind that most of the strife in the world has been based on the belief that one faith is the only true faith and all the rest is crap.

When Shiite Muslims kill Sunni Muslims, there is a world of problems there.

I pray that people would be open minded enough to seek the truth. I was a mormon years ago until i saw the truth plainly wrote in the Bible. this lady that answer the question and said if she would find out her religion is false then she would still stay with it. that is the saddest thing i have ever heard she needs help baddly.

I would go for it, and admit it. All religions have a certain risk factor, shall we say, for being wrong. If I were too ashamed to admit that I was wrong, I would never tell anyone my religion, and hide in a closet all my life.

I'm a former Seventh Day Adventist after discovering the truth with the help of God I came out of that cult. I now read & study my Bible at home. I no longer goto any church at all because of the selfshiness at those churches. They make up their own rules & laws of do's & don'ts my advice stay home & let God's spirit lead you not man.

yes. i was Sunni Muslim for six years, then atheist for 3 years, now I'm mu'tazeli Muslim with some Buddhist and daoist touches for 13 years. I'm always open for new light, and i think people from all religions can go to heaven if they are good enough. but not atheists who denies god existence completely. it's unfair to Deny god and worship your ego.

i don't think theres anything on this earth to make me question my religion, and definitely not the DA Vinci code. the fact of the matter is Ive had a personal experience through Jesus and i wont allow myself to attempt to have one through Mohammad or Buddha or whatever and it has nothing to do with my parents, cause i left their church at 16 feel me great :o)
