I ate the last of the potato salad --- mm mmmmmm, was it tasty!! So now I have very hard decision to make today: more potato salad or macaroni salad instead? Although I can't lose with the final decision, making that decision is turning my tater tummy in knots. What would you do?

Macaroni Salad, since you already had Potato Salad...you need variety in your life (and in your diet). I love both, though, I can empathize with how tough this decision must be for you. Maybe you should make some deviled eggs, too, do you like those?

Have you ever tried to make a 'mac - tater' salad ? It's really good ! When mixing - 'fold' the two together gently so you don't break up the 'mac'. Add a twist to this by adding 'Charlie Tuna' - with a dash of OLD BAY seasoning !! I'm getting hungry - think I'll make some for me !! Good luck and enjoy it . Pete

Dude make both. You're making me hungry!!! You know what else is really good? Pasta salad. With the corkscrew pastas that are like three different colors. Make that. And bring some to Baltimore.

besides...if you invite friends or others over...it is a more acceptable choice, whereas not many people like mac...but maybe its just cuz i love potato salads :) i just wish i knew how to make one
