see, it is a 50-50 case, some times people like me are just muke spectators, they love somebody but are unable to express their feelings to their girlfriends, they just try to be a goodie-goodie person and never make gestures, but in their minds always make a special seeting arrangements in their hearts, this is true love and not the sexual attraction, people who do not say that they love, they wud usually loose their love to someone else, so it is always better to ask the other person whether he is interested in u or not, if he has not asked u , u can take the first step, so all the very best to u,*
