Try using your mother floppy...LOL only joking. go to www.bootdisk.com then download the bootdisk maker and create bootable floppy's. NOTE: This is only a boot disk and not the actual windows installation cd.

Mother Boot??? HUH??
MS Windows disk will boot for you, and then install. Go to BIOS setup and set the boot order to boot from CD Rom first. There you go. Hope that helps.

Check the web site for the maker of your mother board. They will probably have it as a free download.
