just tell your bf to be him self and if your parents don't like him well that's their problem because all that matters is that you like him for who he is. I know that if i brought my gf my parents wouldn't hate her or find her weird. you could tell your parents that they should try to get along with him. Just a suggestion

Ask your parents not to go over the top. Then say maybe the four of you should go OUT for breakfast. Since it is in a public location your parents won't be as inclined to say embarassing things, or convice him to run with his tail between his legs.

I ended up doing that with just-a-friend because we spent so much time together.

No your folks know what they are doing. They want to be sure you are protected. If your bf really likes you, he will not run with his tail between his legs.

Parents really worry about the welfare of their children--especially their female children. If your boyfriend is truly sweet, funny, and staying within the limits a parent would allow--it should be okay. You might warn him that the parents may give him a hard time, though.

Parents are like that. That's one reason we were put on this earth. Does he want to meet your parents?? If so, jsut explain to him how protective they are, and I'm sure he will be fine. Just remember your parents can't eat him. HA!HA! He's probably less nervous than you are. Good luck to you both.

if he loves you so much, he'll try his best not to be scared with your parents if he had done nothing bad to you.
