I would suggest moving away somewhere she cannot find you. Another state would be good. Michigan, Ohio, Illinois are all close by. You can get a job anywhere, but you need to get away from this terrible person. Do not commit suicide. Your life is worth more than this and if you have a family depending on you what will they do if you are dead? You still have a chance to provide for them. Start planning now. Look at websites such as Workopolis.com to find a job elsewhere, then buy a bus ticket and LEAVE!

Take steps in the right direction.

1. Open a new bank account.
2. Change the PIN number on your old account.
3. Review your USA Visa and other documents
4. Look for the church or temple of your religion and meet some people.
5. Search the internet for organizations in New York that might help sex crime victims.

Do you mean that she got real evidence or false evidence against you? If it's false evidence you need to go to the police. If it's real evidence you need to know that you could get arrested for stealing from the bank and that you could also get deported for that country whether you are there legally or not.
Make use of the good advice you have receive here, ignore those having a laugh at your expense or those who are rude. Above all whatever you do, please do not commit suicide. Think of the pain you would cause your family if you did this to yourself.

Whatever religion you are, find a church or mosque that supports your beliefs and talk to an adviser there. Do this immediately. They should be able to lead you in the right direction.

Is there any proof that you stole the money? Get yourself an immigration lawyer, too. Tell them what's going on. They can help you. The INS might be able to help you get one. You might even be able to sue her.

Take action now. Get out of this lady's grips.

DO NOT take your life. For one thing, you'd go to hell. You can still be forgiven for the things you've done. It's not too late.

I know it is very hard especially if you don't have your papers, can you get yourself an immigration lawyer, or get some legal advice from legal aid, but whatever you do don't commit suicide, it is the cowards way out. i had a very hard life in my home country and I left to come to america, I had an even worst time not being legal and all and I met someone and I was abused for 5 years and I finally got my papers and left. I prayed so much it isn't even funny went to shelters etc. but I made it

You are asking "should I suicide", you mean to kill yourself. this thought should never come to the mined of any human.
I am sure you could talk to some one about how you could stop this lady from hurting you.
but how come you are so worried about your faith and rights, when you admit steeling...!!!!??? There is no religion or faith that could keep silent about such a crime...?
you are contradicting yourself. Seek the help of a close friend, if he is local , I mean an American he could help you much better because he know more about the society and the law enforcement.
All the best.

If you could afford to live separately form her before you met her, you sould be able to do the same thing again.... just move and she will not be able to find you....get an apartment under a different name....or..... go to a church operated shelter and just get away from her.... in NY no one will bother looking for you......talk your concerns over with a priest or pastor at the shelter. They should help you in a confidential manner. If you stole money, you need to give it back... but in america , if you steal because you are poor, the punishment is not bad, and then you are free again...

The only way out besides going to the police is to find something to blackmail her with. Go through her stuff and find some dirt about her and when you have enough, tell that that you're done and if she tells about your bank money then you'll tell about whatever you were able to find.
