Not all Christians keep Sunday as the Sabbath. Checkout the free booklet called "Sunset to Sunset God's Sabbath Rest" at http://www.gnmagazine.org/booklets/SS/daysabbath.htm Notice where it says:
Which day is the Sabbath? Since most churches observe Sunday as their day of rest and worship, many people assume that Sunday is the Sabbath.
The Fourth Commandment states: "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work..." (Exodus 20:8-10).
God commanded that the seventh day be observed as the Sabbath. A glance at almost any dictionary or encyclopedia will show you that Saturday is the seventh day of the week, while Sunday is the first day of the week. The seventh day according to God's calendar is—and always has been—the Sabbath day. Although man has modified calendars through the centuries, the seven-day weekly cycle has remained intact throughout history. The days of the week have always remained in their proper order, with Sunday as the first day of the week and Saturday as the seventh.

Answers Yahoo is running, and the doctors, nurses, and policemen are working too:)
If my house were on fire, on a Sunday, or any day for that matter, I'd call the fire department. We live under Grace now that Jesus died for our sins.

They are here TODAY, always have been and always will be. Christians will again hide being the Bible and find a reason to dispute u. Remember they actually pick and choose to what suits them and not fully follow the bible which they always try to push onto the rest of the world. They are just a bunch of hypocrates who think the world revolves around their bible and them while they comit sins, crime, rape kids and then go hide behind then BIBLE for their wrong doing and then do it all over again..............

AS Jesus said, the sabbath was made to serve the people's needs, not the people to serve the needs of the sabbath. Many folk must work on Sunday - nurses, doctors, MINISTERS!!!
