i really like this guy who was in my class and we were kinda friends....then he was shifted to another batch but we still use to talk occasionally but he never talked to me infront of any1but only when we were alone .....now when we meet(ofcourse wid friends)its like we both r talking to every1 else except each other which has become v noticable now all he does is just look at me wid that wierd confusing look ........wats going on does he like me or not???(ya hes a little shy too)

He may be shy and feel awkward talking to you in front of other people, although personally I find this a bit strange. However, if he is looking at you with a weird, confusing look - or one that is inquisitive and questioning, which is what I am inferring from your comments - he may actually be waiting for YOU to make the next move because he is wondering (possibly) if you like him, too.
I am assuming you like him, right?
My advice? Take the bull by the horns and take the next step! In other words, the next time you run into him and you both are with your friends, say hi to him and strike up a conversation! Since you were friends before - sort of - and you know some things about him, ask him some questions to get a conversation started. For example, if you know he is into some musical group that had a concert on TV, you can ask him if he saw the show. If he did, then you have something to talk about.
You really have nothing to lose hon, and the only way you can actually find out if he likes you is to talk to him. If he responds, terrific! If not? That's okay,too. You've lost nothing.

since he is shy, try going up to him and talking to him first. Find him when he is alone or not talking with anyone else.

i guess he likes u a little more than he wants to, or dares to admitt.....i'd say confront him....ask him what's going on and tell him that you like him and want his friendship....but you don't like the way both of you are behaving and it's making you feel awkward..be open and he'll come around.....

yeah he likes you but is ashamed of you too... maybe he is just too cute and is embarassed be linked with you.
