a yogurt or a piece of toast, an orange, an apple, a banana. Drink a glass of milk too.

cereals with few fruits will do breakfast. tat does work for me on my diet n eat several small portions of meal a day. not an oily food but a healthy food.. u either can have it steam or boil, not too much salt ( salt makes u fat ) on wat ur eating.fi u cud eat fruits n vegies tats better. hope tat does work for u..

actually nothing but if u want u can have oil free food or a fresh juice w/out sugar exp talks

i would eat something good for me and i would go then for a good walk...it's a way of "diet"

healthy cereal like granola or raisin bran or special K, yogurt, fruit, any of those work
