depending on the source, historically, paganism is the oldest religion. Biblically, a religion that was the progenitor to both Judaism and Islam, one with no name (let's call it Yahwehism).
Abraham was a practicer of this religion, and he had two sons. Isaac and Ishmael. Isaac was the father of Judaism and Ishmael was the father of Islam. Islam however did not become very powerful persay till the prophet Mohammed turned it from a tribal thing to a major religion.

Hinduism.

The distinguishing feature of Hinduism is pluralism combined with freedom of choice. It never rigidly excludes any religious theory and still has animsim, shamans, mother goddess, Sun god and fir worship etc all ancient features.

"Hinduism is a process - for this reason, Hinduism must be studied not as a fixed body of doctrine, but as a developing tradition that has changed considerably throughout the centuries and which is still changing in a creative direction. Everything in India makes sense in the light of the changing process. Nothing makes sense without it. Hinduism is still a living, changing process and must be seen as such."

I would think, gnosis is the oldest "religion". Gnosis is what sparks religions; gnosis being spiritual knowledge derived by revelations, spiritual visions, meditations, and intuitive knowing. If we didn't have people who had these types of sacred experiences, no religions would be formed. Even in some of the oldest traditions such as Paganism, there was the divine sacred experience, the connection to the divine... we can call it gnosis.
