It was not idling when I would stop it after riding so I adjusted the two screws on the carb--now I cannot get it started. Can anyone help to get it started again? Thanks It is a single speed pedal moped.

yes, I'll push but first run both the screws in and then back them out 1 1/2 turns. you may need to put a few drops of gas in the carb to start it the first time but it should be ok after it fires off

sounds like the float bowel is full of crap/water..if it has one take it off and clean it out....
