I don't think you can convience her. Just remember if she does perform oral sex for you, praise her, tell her how good it feels, etc. She will be more likely to do it if she knows she is pleasing you. She may think she don't know what she is doing, or that she isn't good at it.

First of all if you really want this, CLEAN YOURSELF UP
nobody wants to put a dirty thing in their mouths. Try asking if it would help her to try it after you have showered or are in the shower or maybe if flavors would help - honey is the easiest. But don't force her to do something she really just doesn't want to do.
