I s'pose most answeres are worth trying before throwing them away. Most importantly is to find out why he peed on the sandles. My cat was sick. A closer look revealed blood in the urine. If you guys really love that cat, and I mean that in the nicest way, 1. see if he is sick, 2. maybe he doesn't want her to wear them, 3. maybe he doesn't want her to leave, 4. Please take him to a good vet. Best wishes for the three of you.

Soak them in 3% hydrogen peroxide for a little while and then wash on gentle cycle and let air dry.

Either get rid of the sandals, or get rid of the cat. Those sandals will be his permanent pissing spot. They are marked with that smell so he will do it again. Personally I would get rid of the cat.

i would throw them away. but if you really want to save them, AMMONIA. this will get rid of male urine and hwen they spray. along with dog urine. my male cat sprayed on my bed, and with ammonia it came right out!!
