Drink a litre of water or as much as you can handle before you go to bed. Have a big greasy breakfast when you get up. Fried eggs toast, maybe some jam to get your sugar back. It usually makes me feel better, other times it has made me sick and after that I have felt better anyway. Have some vitamin b cos alcohol strips your body of it. Water and more water. A scoop of vanilla ice cream in a warm glass of lemonade has done the trick for me many a time when my stomach is upset. The ice cream re coats your stomach and the bubbles tend to give you those burps which make you feel better. It's a messy business!

Best hangover remedy is don't get a hangover.
Make sure you eat something if drinking, and always drink at least a pint of water before going to bed.
If too drunk to do this then try to drink a glass of water for every other drink you have, it helps.
And never mix spirits.
Water after all is fashionable these days, and if you want to save face then say it's gin.

When drinking alcohol, for every two of them you drink...drink a glass of soda or something that is going to "hydrate" you and keep you from having the headache in the morning because alcohol dries out your system.
Actually, water would be best, instead of pop (soda), because alcohol is an acid based item, (about 3.5 on the PH scale I believe), and soda, is also acid based, (because adding carbon dioxide brings the PH down), so, I would drink a glass of water for every two drinks you have...
Also, get a huge glass of Gatorade in the morning, to restore some electrolytes and sodium, it will help you avoid those hangovers too.
I wish you well..

One of the quickest ways to cure a hangover is to make a banana milkshake sweetened with honey. The banana helps calm the stomach, and with the honey, builds up the depleted blood sugar levels. The milk soothes the stomach and rehydrates your system. Bananas are also rich in the important electrolytes, magnesium and potassium, which are severely depleted during heavy drinking.
B-vitamins Take the vitamins before you go

Bonine(my favorite comes in a chewable strawberry flavor) or Dramamine 2 both are used for nausea and motion sickness. Regular dramamine causes drowsiness which if you have the time it is good to sleep this stuff off too. Much of the icky effect of booze is the loss of balance you have and that is very similar to motion sickness. That and some sort of pain killer(not tylenol or similar products that shouldn't be taken with booze). I would take a advil liquid gel.

Really that concerns me that you may need it tommarow. Just think about what it will do to you first. That stuff can ruin your life. So although you dont want this as an answer the best answer is No Alcohol.

im afraid im going to say no alcohol.
best thing you can do after drinking on a night is to drink plenty of water, alcohol dehydrates you therefore giving you the headache.
drink a pint of water before going to sleep and some in the morning. it should stop the headache, best thing i can recommend for the stomach is andrews salts or alcaseltzer. if you get the trots just use a cork to plug it in!!

The answers I think are in several posts here. I highly recommend eating first, then Excedrin and a Glass of water with every two drinks and two glasses at bed time with Excedrin again. Then any time you wake up during the night, water. Works OK for me.

drink a pint of water before you go to bed. A hang over is the pain caused by dehydration of the brain due to the alcohol, so add plenty of water before you sleep you won't get a head ache, or if you do it won't be too bad...... won't stop you getting up in the night to pee, but that is another question lol
