I cannot go out and get one, there is ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKS in my house, and I cant drnk our tapwater because of some alert thing. PLEASE!!!! TAKING ANY IDEAS!!!

Boil the tap water to kill any bacteria or parasites that may be in it. You'll be fine.
