It's no secret that Muhammad married Aisha when he was 50+ yrs. old and she was 6 then later consumated their marriage when she was 9. Poor girl, it must be so horrible for her to have her childhood taken away from her.

He didn't rape, definitely not as rape is condemned in Islam and it Is true that he married a young girl, but that was due to a divine commandment. He saw her in his dream and was supposed to take her as his wife. I don't think he had sexually relations with her though and the reason Muhammad (p.b.u.h) married more than once was not because of desire as his own wives said he was the one person who could cointroll all his desires, he took widows as his wife etc... and treated them fairly and equally, in fact he done most of the things himself, he mended his own shoes and done many household and necessary tasks. And Aisha was the youngest girl he married he never then took any other children. .And Aisha's family and her herself, agreed and accepted the marriage.

I keep hearing this but I haven't heard anything about it. I don't know if it's true, or something invented recently to smear Islam. Either way, I think that the religion has some good points and some bad points just like Christianity. I don't follow any words of another man just because they claim to be the true words of God. I investigate God's universe for myself by using my God-given gifts of free will, logic, and the ability to question.

that's strange that non-muslims know only that men permit to have many wives only ! they told u that to don't be muslim ,u have to know everything about islam then u can choose, and prophet Muhammed (SAS) didn't marry women for sexuial life ,but each woman had a situation for that marriage,and his first marriage was from woman older than him,so he didn't marry younger girls for sexuail life. and they were young to live after he death and learn ppl and muslims what he was doing and his treatments

no he never raped he just married
he had 9 wives
and he married every one for a very good religious reason

muhammad did marry a six year old. but he never had a sexual relationship with her. he never touched her, even. it's stated in the quran.
