If it's about can foods being healthy for your son.to eat all the time...they are the least healthiest between fresh and frozen. Most of the nutrients are gone....most can foods have an over abundance of salt. Their packed with preservatives and additives, some with MSG--Some people are sensitive to tin, aluminum (which has been show to be part of the cause of Alheimers (sp?).
Try to feed your son as much raw fruits and vegetables and other home-made items as possible.

You don't say how old your son is - and yes, canned food can never be compared to freshly cooked meals. The odd can of food when you are out somewhere is fine, or like me, I used the cans of dessert more than the other foul tasting stuff for my children.
