You should have a discussion first with your friend.If she's doing this to you then she's not your friend but your enemy!
And talk to your ex too.Tell him what you feel for him.Maybe he feels the same way.Talking to him is the only way to clear things out...

The first thing you have to do is figure out who (if anyone) you want a relationship. It may be that you need more time to think and really sift through your emotions and feelings to figure out #1 if you want a relationship right now, and #2 with whom. If you really do want your ex-boyfriend back, you need to tell him about your feelings, and if he reciprocates, tell your female friend not to flirt with him, no matter how difficult it may be.

Don't worry. For as long as your ex still loves you, no matter what your friend does to attract him will be useless for it will always you whom he will choose to love.
What you should do is to try doing things which may make him go back to your arms. If he is still not committed with anyone else now, try to see if he still cares and if he does, suggest gracefully a reconciliation between the two of you.
Let your friend do what she wants to do regarding your ex. In a way, she's helping you because she will be your test as to the depth of love of your ex for you. No matter what your friend does, if your ex still loves you, I don't think he will mind her too.

clear in your mind what you want and give it a try, or what you want. when you want a tree in a certain spot, plant it there! When the tree becomes large it is difficult, or even if possible to move it!
