Yes , This a conflicting situation.
The scoiety's barriers are like that, when 2 people -belonging to different religions-tie knots .They accept each other , but for their children its difficult to have an identity .They can only make decisionby themselves .
But mostly it does not happen , Most of the time , the egos of parents hinders this .There are very few who understand this.
therefore its necessary for such couples to think before
As they say " LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP!"
They should think over .Otherwise there children dont have any identity. But i have seen many people who cope up and their children follow the rituals of both religions .

why? why? because the child has 4 different choices! You don't say how old this child is or boy / girl but i'd say that child doesnt want to disappoint his/her father, or anyone else for that matter. Would you be able to make a decision from 4 different religions especially if your father was pushing one of them on you? I know i was pushed toward different things in my life but have managed to take the best of each and mold them into my own..........

People, and that includes children, should never be forced into a religion, because they will come to resist it and it will never be a central part of their lives anyway. Encourage the parents to teach their kids the good values of each religion, and let them (the kids) decide for themselves.
