the word, to put the word first place in your life, to exalt the
word, to magnify the word, to study the word, to memorize
the word, to hide the word in your heart, to love the word, to
discuss the word(I believe they do that a lot in Heaven), to celebrate the word, to listen to the word, to keep it in your
mouth...

By your premise I am not qualified to answer but…Tonight is the full moon!
I know its just an orbiting rock that controls the tides and makes men “crazy” at this time of month. But if you take a few moments tonight just to gaze up and let your mind wonder, only for the moment, I believe you have meditated. Now if you found comfort and peace, even for that brief time I ask? Was it worth the effort?

God`s word is a guide , a source of strength,and an order.We meditate only for God`s will to be revealed to us.

Meditating on the Word of God - not to be confused with the "mind-emptying meditation" of eastern religions - involves actively thinking about what God says - learning it, understanding it, and applying it to one's life.

To meditate upon God's word is to have it in your thoughts continuously. It is also focused thought such as prayer.

to meditate the Word of God literally means to mutter to yourself that scripture and also ponder the Word to get the word from your mental area to your heart the human spirit
