So, i just get out from the supermarket with the trolly with me without pay anything. But suddenly, the security guard stopped me and said that Im stealing. But I DO NOT STEAL ANYTHING. I just forgot to take my wallet. I do not understand why do the security guard think that I`m stealing. Do u know why do they think like that??

Do you have anything in the trolley that has not been paid for? Entering the store, you enter a assumed contract that the objects inside the store is not yours unless they have been bought and paid for or otherwise. Without this transfer of ownership, you are stealing even by accidentally taking it out. In most cases, if you are willing to pay for it and this is your first time, they will let it go with a warning to you, but if you forgot your wallet, took the unpaid items with the intention of returning later to pay, you simply leave the goods there and come back with your wallet. If you take it out, you are stealing.

What does that have to do with the military?

But, in any case, what you did fulfilled the requirements for a charge of shoplifting. You left the store without paying for your purchases. That is theft in virtually every country on the planet.

They think like that because what you did WAS stealing! The security guard did his job properly. You are a thief and should be dealt with as such.

Why's this in military?

If you were attempting to leave the store with the items, even if you intended to pay for them, it's stealing. If you left the shopping cart by the door (inside) then the security guard had no right to accuse you of stealing.

If you have nothing from the store in your possession. You should tell them that you forgot your wallet and need to go fetch it from the car or wherever it was. They can't hold you if you do not have any goods. Clearly, they are too aggressive and need to be challenged. If it's not a commissary where you have to shop maybe you can tell them they lost a valuable customer.

You have got to be eat up with the dumbs! How do they know your intentions....are they mind readers? Do they have ESP? You did the same actions as a thief. That's stealing!
