Bout anything to do with YOU(a Spirit). Think of yourself as an invisible Angel with a VISIBLE BODY to live in. YOU look just like your Body. YOU have invisible arms and legs etc. If you come out of your Body, the body falls over. Call the Body your EARTH-SUIT. YOU are a Spirit, YOU have a Soul and YOU live in a Body. We are Higher than Angels in the Spiritual Realm (cause were Human Being Spirits), but the Bible says were a little lower cause of the POWER we have, our power is lower than the Angels.

Spirituality is ones level of conformity to the life examplified by our suprem model jesus.
however,spirituality is a thing of levels and it cannot be measured by just bible knowlegde alone.because, christainty deals with living a life style.
