Yor doctor is the best person you should consult. She could have fallen down and hurt herself without your knowledge. Just check her lower back if theres any bruises or cuts. With pains in the body, anyone will have not much of appetite to eat, even grownups. Meanwhile, give her milk which is an wholesome food. I would advise you to bring her to a doctor before the condition gets worse. May God Bless her and the doctor to find out the true cause of her discomfort.

With growing pains your child should have quite a big appetite. Not no appetite. Is the pain on a particular side? Take her to the docs. She could have a kidney infection or any number of other things. But get her to a doc.

She could have a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. Best to have it checked by a doctor. Any type of an infection will cause loss of appetite.

Take her to the dr, he/she can diagnose if there is an injury. Since she has been consistent in her complaints and it has been going on for several days, it is likely something is really wrong.
