If you mean you are displaying a picture on the web and you want no one to be able to print it, you have a definite problem. There is no way you can lock it. True, you can make it so no one can right click on it to SAVE PICTURE AS or COPY but anyone who views it has automatically downloaded the picture to their computer.

The best bet is to only upload jpgs that are 72 dpi. That is a very low resolution and would make horrible prints at anything about about 1 or 2 inches.

Another solution is to watermark each picture with a slightly visible layer signature across the picture. You can say to your customers that unwatermarked pictures are available upon request.

Again, using software like SNAGIT, any picture on a screen can be captured and then printed. The question is always quality.
