i am intrested in alady working with me i dont know if she is intrested in me how do i find out if she has the same feeling for me should i propose her with out knowing her feeling for me or wait for her to make the move.

The man should propose first under normal circumstancs. It's not nice to "force" the woman to have to propose because the relationship is dragging on too long.

Well, you are using the word "propose" so I am assuming you mean asking this woman to marry you. That leads me to wonder why you would want to ask someone to marry you that you have not even dated yet.
If you are talking about asking her out for a date, then just ask her out for lunch or dinner and see what she says.
I personally, believe men should always make that first move.

What you need to do is find some a reason to even talk to her and after you do that you see if she's interested in something that you are like dinner or a movie or something like that after that you exchange phone numbers and try to hold phone conversations with her if she still seems your type and is very receptive to all this then you should make the move

goodness...propose to someone...you don't even have a relationship just yet...but you can try approaching her and asking her if she's even available and if she could be interested in dating you...be a MAN and do it...girls usually have the role of waiting for a guy to tell them these things....but i guess if she really liked you a lot she could make the move herself after all its the 21st century...if she's not doing anything...it could mean she doesn't know you even exist, she's not interested, she's busy with someone else, or with your luck it could mean she likes you but is too traditional to make a move...then you just have to do it and ask her...good luck

if u think she likes u dont hesitate in proposing to her. but make it clear that it doesnt matter if her answer is no, u wont bother her again but be her frnd and luv her all the same(lest u get 2 hear harsh words from her)

Firstly you need to let her know of your feelings. Next you need to listen to her feelings. If she is interested, move on ahead. Don't wait. She may be timid and you might regret not doing anything.

my philosophy "its better to say something than to never say anything at all" and by the way...u have to get to know how she is off work her hobbies, dislikes,likes etc
propose when you know her well and that she is the one..
