Well its normal for normal intelligent people to over analyze everything ( my favorite saying is "it must be great to be dumb , you never have to worry about anything") but everyone worries about something , it only becomes a problem when you constantly reanalyze and think about those things that worry you .
If it becomes such a problem that it starts interfering with your life seek help , you most likely have an anxiety disorder . But if its just every now and then you should start to take little "breaks" from life : in the morning right before you start your day or at night before going to bed . During those breaks prioritize your day and meditate on how to fix these that are bothering you .

thinking is no problem, but you must act on the solutions, just thinking all the time will make you crazy. one also tends to create imaginery problems, which leaads to inactivity, with the hidden fear of failure, confrontation, and loss of confidence in one's abilities to deal in agiven situation. also, another part of your question about future. there is a difference in dreaming and day-dreaming. just engaging in unrealistic dreams about future, or even thinking of negative things about future will add to the problems. so if your mind is swarming with thoughts of this type, you need to consult a psychiatrist in time, as there is risk of being a schizophrinic and losing job, interest in any sort of work, and living in your own world, losing touch with the reality. yes, this is abnormal, but seek help, the problem could be tackled.

some times i feel the same way , i will think about something bad that could happen in the future.it makes me crazy.while you are having these thoughts just try to change your thought process.don't think about the future or what might happen.just think about right now.relax take a deep breath.you can't control the future,so thinking about it all the time will cause problems.live one day at a time.

Seek enlightenment through meditation, Osho, or some other prophet. We are born ignorant, and have to learn. We are then mis-educated, so we have to unlearn the bad things we learned. And learn to see things rightly.

It's common to worry about what might happen in the future sometimes. If it really bothers you, see someone like a counselor, psychologist, etc. Feel free to reach out to your family and friends too!
