I just bought a new puppy yesterday but until now I don't know what to name it. My puppy is a male and is white in fur. Can anyone give a new name to my puppy? The best name, you will get 10 points for it. ;-D

How about a male dog name from the kids series of books (Hairy Maclary). Some names are :

Hairy MacClary (from Donaldsons Dairy who is a stupid looking small black thing)
Hercules Morse (who is as big as a horse)
Snitzel Von Krum (who has a very low tum)
Bitzer Malony (all skinny and boney a tan coloured dog)
Bottomley Potts (who is covered in spots)
Muffin McLay(who is like a bundle of hay and is a shaggy white sheep dog type thing)

Maybe one of these dog names appeals. I reckon Muffin McLay would suit your dog!

We named our cat butterball brown from this story book. He turned out to be a bastard of a cat, unfortunately!

Good luck and DO SHARE the name later!

What breed? Different names suit different breeds like Wolf for a Sibearian Husky or Wolf mix.

If you can't think of one that suits the breed Buddy is a good name.
