He dose let me know wat the problem is ...but asks me not to help....he says he feels better to go through it alone...he says he dose not want me to worry about him....but really how in world can i watch him go through it...and be quite..

even though he may need help if you force it you will push him away

If it is something that can potentially harm him or endanger his life I would bring some one into it but if it isn't hurting any one than let him work through it in his own pace. Some times Guys just want to fix the problem themselves. They can be prideful though.

next time tell not t`o diclose his problem to you as you in any way cannot help . if u offer help he doesn`t need that then the best is he keeps his problem in his heart instead of passing his tensions to you, ask him to buy a dairy and write his problems in that , that will be the best . Such people cannot be trusted for longterm relationships as in future he may refuse to help you
sometimes you have to behave like that , He is using you as dustbin /a spit pan where he spits his tension but doesnot expect anything in return .
so ask yourself is it right?

sometimes it can be better to leave a guy alone when he asks you to but it all depends on the problem

yes, but remember if he won't talk to you about his problems then he probably is not good material for a long term relationship
