I believe I am beautiful, and my beauty is a gift from God. I think I should use my beauty to help others, where possible, and thank God for this gift He has given me. I also recognize that God can take away my beauty whenever He feels it necessary.

I have never until now actually told anyone else that i think I'm beautiful, and I'm not sure it counts as vanity.

I think you are beautiful, and I think it's possible you think we're ugly because you can see our sin in our faces. What a mighty gift God has blessed you with.

Peace be with you

The time you spend in front of a mirror, is a waste of time. So yes, you are vane. But, you have a talent, for attracting like minded gays, so this is an appropriate place to ask/answer religous questions that pertain to that group. The Lord works in very mysterious ways...

You may be very beautiful, but remember this, one will come along that is more beautiful than you, and one more beautiful than her. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. To some, you may not be as beautiful as you think you are, and those that you think are ugly may be more beautiful than you think to others. True beauty is not in our faces, or clothes , or body, it comes from within us.

It's not necessarily a sin, in your case, it's called delusion.

And appears to be very severe.
