Sometimes they are. And every once in a while, a cloud gets snagged on a mountain , falls down to the ground and becomes fog.

A cloud is the visible form of water vapor and has mass. It not only appears to touch mountains, it actually does. Fog is a cloud. When you walk through fog you are being touched by a cloud.

Because in many places, the tops of the mountains are touching the clouds.. that is.. the clouds are low enough to touch the mountain tops

because they do if you are high up in the mountains you can be in the clouds ,for real

moutains are so high up, when your in the moutains its so beautiful well they are beautifull all together anyway :P
