By renewing your mind according to the knowledge of the Kingdom of God.

Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

This is accomplished by immersing ones self in Gods word, and being filled by the Spirit

Colossians 1:9
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the "knowledge of his will" in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

Don't be a dummy. The Bible was written by humans. It wreaks of it. There is nothing in it that indicates the work of an all knowing supreme being. So it really doesn't much matter where or if it says that.

Simple!

God has given us the gift of the Holy Spirit within each of us. If we listen to the Holy Spirit, we are connected to God, and we will know His will. Sometimes, God makes it impossible to do anything BUT His will. He has a crazy sense of humour.

Also, prayer and fasting are great ways to get in touch with God. He truly answers prayers. It's not always the answer you want, but it works.

Peace!

Humans invent Gods so the "will of God" is whatever you want it to be. (civil and criminal laws override "God's will" in most places, including the US).

It doesn't. It simply tells you what he wants. Why should you believe it?
