She lives about a mile from me in case you read my profile, she lives in a modular home. Known her for a while, her dog runs up the roads here.

I dont think so.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in a hurry to go to school because I was so late!
Ahead of me were a couple of white brownish doves picking on crumbs on the road. I saw them but OBVIOUSLY being animals that have wings I assumed they would fly away , I was driving pretty slow since there were humps.

I was already 10 feet away and I saw that I ran over 1 dove who was too dumb to fly away. It was doing this weird dance but I couldnt see its head.

The night after that, I wasnt able to sleep.

Why in the hell would you throw it on her patio? That is the cruelest thing I have ever heard. What in the world would make you think that was OK? Accidents happen, like hitting a dog, but taking it as far as you did, that is just sick. You really should tell her, actually you should have told her you killed it before you threw it on her patio.

Omg, hell yes. You must take responsibility for what you did!!! Come on, who the f*ck does that? Only an idiot, poor dog!

You're a coward if you don't tell your neighbors what you did. They deserve to know what happened.

Your actions were irresponsible and uncaring. You could own up to it and apologize, but I doubt that you have the moral character for it.

Don't, because if you do it wont make the situation better. But it may get worst, as she may get angry from you.
