whether there's a "gay" gene or not, I don't know. there is evidence pointing that way especially in non-human species.

but sometimes, homosexuality is brought about by external forces. occasionally, a childhood incident involving sexual abuse has a hand in convincing the child to associate the offending person's gender with evil. there are many gays and lesbians out there that had traumatic sexual experiences as children.

Gay People May Get Offened At This, But It's A Choice They Make Themselves!....One Thing For Certain, GOD Didn't Make Them That Way! (Romans 1:24-27)...

They don't. They're born gay. Some choose to think they are, when they're not, but true homosexuality is not a choice. If someone really "turns gay" they've been gay all their lives and are just now admitting it. They could no more choose to switch their sexual orientation then a straight person could.

i don't think you can turn gay... i think you can decide to take action on some of the feeling that you have had for the opposite sex. I don't think that you could just put your tongue on a girls private out of wanting to piss your parents off, or suck another mans junk just to get out of being straight and getting married to a woman. I think it has to be in your heart some where, your soul, you just cant do it to be bad otherwise Jackass would do it just to be funny or different, know what i mean? You can turn gay if that's what you want to call it , you have a choice either way. of course there's the tramatic experience situation that pleasure, fear confuse you but aside from that. i think in some way still you have to have the thought in you, the acceptance in you, such a different experience.

They say they are born gay! I feel that something that effected them in their life started to twist them into the belief that they were gay. Maybe a small portion of gay people were born with the wrong chromosone, but I don't buy that they were all born that way.
What do you think about that?
I do not judge gay people. As long as they don't put it in my face,
I feel that it's their choice. Live and let live.

I think there born gay. Some choose to be gay as a life style thing. Bust mostly I think there born gay. My brother was saying that r hormones make us attracted to people. Maybe its like a bloke has more female hormone that makes him find other men attractive and maybe a woman has more male hormone that makes her find other woman attractive. Not sure.

They go to a super secret meeting that is held in a different place every month. I hear when they get there purple and pink candles are everywhere and the disco hit "I will Survive" is playing in the background. There they are subjected to series of rites and incantations to see if they are truly prepared to make the switch. Only those who are strongest of mind, body and most importantly fashion sense can survive the ritual to become....GAYS OF TOMORROW. By the way you are an idiot, go smack yourself.

They don't "turn" gay, they're born that way. I knew I was gay at age five. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about because they're NOT GAY. Take it from the source.

Often people become gay because they didn't have a good relationship with the parent of the same gender and are feeling lacking in their own manhood/womanhood. That's why they need a person of the same gender to make them feel complete. If they can learn to embrace their own masculinity/femininity the homosexual feelings will subside.
