I don't know the box should say, if not be on the safe side just rinse without soap!

I don't know about that particular brand but all the ones I've ever used have instructed to add a little bit of water and "wash" hair as if you would with your shampoo, then after a minute rinse until the water runs clear. Then you can condition. The same has also always been true when at the salon. Good luck

the hardest in the world to mix, though, huh?

rinse, then shampoo. rinse, towel dry, condition for 3 - 5 min. and rinse with cool water.

framesi will hold color best when left on 45 minutes!

Permanent hair color needs shampooed out
Semi-Demi Permantent can vary, but usually just rinsed.
