Use birth control!!
The easiest would be Implanon, the hormon stick you have put into your arm - and simply have it removed before you'd like to get pregnant.
OK, it costs some money, but only once (or trice, to be correct) - and you don't have to care about anything in the whole time. Even with a running stomach or other diseases, this birth control still works.

guaranteed not to get pregnant...no sex...mastubation only...oral sex only...that is it!
safe sex..condom...birth control...spermacides..etc...but none are guaranteed...there is always that one chance...so ...
