The first thing I have to tell you is that good beer does NOT have to be cold, one can drink it even when it has a room temperature about 16 to 18 Celsius degrees and it still taste good. At this temperature you can taste the beer, the malt and hop and if it is made on poor water. Poor beer must have a lower temperature, otherwise you can't drink it as it at a higher temperature tastes terrible, due to it poor ingredients. Danish beer seems to be made from maize and has a lack of malt in it and the worst one I know about is Carlsberg beer including Tuborg - they taste like - well very close to undrinkable water. The company might be maximizing the profit on their products and put poor ingredients into the beer. Maize is much cheaper than Malt as you know. For the moment we are drinking a Swedish beer SOFIERO 7,5 and Weltenburger Assam Bockbeer and we also have some Paulaner Dunkelbeer.
