Amen to that. As christians, believing in the truth, we are told in the Bible to 'go and make disciples of all nations.'
I was born a christian and knew the truth since I was young, with all the bible stories of David and Goliath, Samson and Delilah, the Birth of Jesus Christ...etc.
But as I grew older, I began to question this thruth. The Bible, first and foremost, has all the answers, but I didnt refer to it just then. My church's youth guided my spritual life to make me what I am today, with Jesus planted firmly in my heart.

one day when I was 3-4 my father was sitting at the window in the kitchen. he talked to me about God as I looked out the window. and he said one day every knee will bend, and every head will bow and everyone will say that Jesus is Lord. I kinda had a feeling there were people who were going to be doing this as a big surprise because they didnt believe it. I didnt want to be one of them. So at that moment I believed and after that, God multiplied my faith and became my Abba father. My faith grew and church allowed me to learn more. My father was disabled all my life, and God looked out for me in very practical ways that a father would. I talked about Him all the time. My faith always grew. I love learning what the scripture says in church, by what the pastor says. Friends have explained scripture to me. And the books, such as Ruth and Esther have shown me how important women are also.

i learned the hard way to read the bible for yourself, go at your own pace in your christian walk, and at the end of the day it's what the bible says not man. make sure the people you got helping you understand the bible are people who you can trust with the word of God....read the bible for yourself, and i don't think anybody can "give you your faith"....faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God...

The Bible and Christians are means of God's revelation. He communicates through a variety of means to all who will listen. So, in the end, it is God who gives us our faith because He created us with the ability to believe, calls us to respond in faith, and reassures us that our faith is not in vain.

I studied the word of God for myself. I add and subtract what I hear when I am in the mist of any preacher. My faith is what made me for who I am today.
