I think for that particular one, yes. That's supposed to be it's appeal - you only have 4 periods/year.

It depends on how long you've been taking it. I know some birth controls only make a period come around a few times a year. If it's been longer than as it should be according to the medication, contact your doctor or gynecologist. The web also has a lot of handy information regarding just about everything.

How long have you been taking it? Usually any birth control pill slows down your period a little bit. But if you are taking the pills without the placebo ones every three months then you won't get a period. If you are taking the placebo ones and it's been several cycles without a period you should check with your doctor

im not sure. but after i had my son i was on depo vera the shot every 3 month and i got my period maybe 2-3x's a year but i also breast feed him and i think that had to do a little something with it. but i know that all birth control gives you some type of change in your cycle. some people have it longer or heavier then usual and like me nothing at all. just ask you doctor i think everything is just fine

This pill helps stop your period for 3 months at a time. You have a period 4 times a year. I was on it for almost 7 months. I stopped when I broke up with my ex-fiance & decided to steer clear of sexual relations for short while. Check out their website for more information. They send out a e-newsletter too that's very informative.
