Wow, there are so many things wrong with this question. I don't know what the dark brown mark could be. I do think you may need serious medical attention though. You may not want to tell people here your real name either,as people may stop kicking it with you if they know about your brown mark.

Take it out with tweezers or use a pin to try to pick it out. I had one too. It might be an early stage of the mole or just some mess-up in the coloration of your skin.

You need to see a doctor, doesn't sound like anything normal to me.
