I heard it only the 16 year old boys that ride bikes arent sexually active. When your under 16 you dont have a license so you cant drive a car. under 16 + No car = could be sexually active.

This is untrue. But what worries me is why are you asking? He's too young to be having sex right now anyway. The fact that you're asking proves you, yourself are too young to know enough to be involved in sexual encounters. If he is your boyfriend and you're worried about the two of you, this is the least of your worries if you decide to have sex soon. Before you do anything, get an education. Also, take the time to research sexually transmitted diseases and how pregnancy in young people really messes up their lives, especially if they keep the baby (no, abortions not the answer, but adoption could be).

no that is not true, my friend's boyfriend is 15 and rides his bike to school every day and they have sex too.
